We are excited to announce that we have received funding of £5,250 from the AOE Windfarm Community Fund to carry out repairs and maintenance and improvements to the Eaglesham Heritage Trail.

The popular Heritage Trail, which was officially opened in September 2011, was a project of the Eaglesham and Waterfoot Community Development Trust. Ownership of the Trail was transferred to Eaglesham History Society when the Trust was wound up.

The generous funding will allow the Society to carry out essential maintenance and repairs, improvements and updating and printing of trail guides.
